About Shachaf

Shachaf Alexander is a practicing physiotherapist based in the Amsterdam area, specializing in physio and manual therapy with a focus on pre and post surgery rehabilitation, sports injuries, and back pain. He is also a recreational paddle boarder and sailor, enthusiastic surfer, and competitive swimmer.

Shachaf has completed internships at the Corpus-Vitae clinic in Amsterdam (2016), the Orthopaedic ward of the Netcare Rehabilitation Hospital in Johannesburg, South Africa (2017), Dr. Natividade sports clinics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (2015), and the Aquatic rehabilitation center at Tel Hashomer hospital in Tel Aviv, Israel (2011-12). He received his is B.Sc. (Honours) at the. European School of Physiotherapy (ESP) with a minor in Global Health (2017), and is a qualified Hydrotherapist and swimming instructor. 

Prior to his physiotherapy career, Shachaf has filled several positions within the UN (unicef Mozambique, unicef Angola), as well as various positions within the international real-estate development sector.
